Worst company - Recensione dipendente - SAP ABAP Consultant presso ZEST Consulting

I started working for Zest as a contractor in April of 2022. I worked for a second company who loaned me out to a third well known computer company. I was told by Zest that I had to be 1099 and paid by check or have a California address for W2 and receive $9 less an hour. Checks were supposed to be mailed within 6 days of invoice. That changed immediately. Now I needed a screenshot of every approval amd they had to match the weekly hours. I was paid for April and May late June with a second check in July. This continued. In October I was given six days notice by the sub contractor due to large company having budgetary constraints and layoffs. Zest did nothing to intervene on my behalf about breaking the extension. I sent my last pay invoice via email to both contracting parties the third week of October. Requesting approvals be immediate and between them. I have yet to be paid.

Your contract will be subcontracted. You will not be paid on time and wonder if you will be paid at all. Michael in accounting will claim check was mailed and give multiple dates of mailing. No check will be mailed. You will have to complain to Zest AND the sub contractors. .

Not even 1 Pros here, rather working here I prefer to beg on streets. They never pay on time and they Have their Client Zymeworks where they allign us and after completing of 160 hrs, they terminate us saying poor performance without paying a single $$

They asked you for comprmising favours and they don't respects working lady, One of the Board Member name Nischit is a man who always asks for favours and his toungue is so bad.
