      The work is technically easy and there are no strict deadlines. The environment in the office is great. Work life balance is exceptional.

      The back-end is cloud based, but written as if we're 10 years ago. All the architects and managers who make the technical decisions are based in the headquarters in Belgium. The upper management has been in the company for 20+ years and has been recycled between different roles, so no real changes occur.

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
