      As much overtime as you could want. Allot of experienced operators with 20 + years of experience. Some very intelligent management that you can learn from.

      Very disorganized projects. Very ignorant upper management. Finding out you will have to work overtime minutes before your shift was over.

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
