      I love the work hours, benefits are so so. It is close to home for me. Only 10-15 min's away. There isn't a lot of pressure like my previous job.

      There can be a lot of mandatory overtime required. They say they take safety seriously but a lot of suggestions get blown off.

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
