      401K is excellent, yearly compensation increase, health care is offered. Job opportunities can be excellent but also depend on times.

      Health care is going the way of the dodo but I believe this is most of the country. Locally, management seems to be focused more on college students than experience.

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
