      As an employee of ITC India. I was given good opportunities to learn, to perform and also management is very supportive in terms of addressing concerns. Support I received while I was in deep personal crisis is immense. This is the First management I came across during my career to support an employee (Without hesitation and expectation) and give them the confidence to continue their career.

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
