work environment is pretty good and flexible. People there are very friendly. some projects are very challenging but helpful to gain experience. Good place to learn the world leading automotive chassis product. it is quite transparent in the technical perspective, which means you could access all the needed technical document as long as you are working in the project.

Salary for employees from university is not competitive or attractive at all. even though you has been promoted to a team leader in a few years, your salary could even be lower than team members.
