Lots of surveys and feedback processes which is good. Active cultural events including dancing, singing etc which keeps the work atmosphere fresh. Lots of ZF sponsored weekly sport events - Badminton, Football, Cricket. Great Nightly Cabs system. Great Employee Trainee and Induction programs.

Lacks proper IT Infrastructure, which is in the processing so it might take some time. Some teams have a regional Telegu bias.
