      For the last restructuring I lost my team because everyone was under the cammend of different people and we couldn't collaborate anymore the way we did before as our offices were apart too.

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
