      1) Learning curve is not good, as legacy technologies are used still 2) Micro Management from TCI management 3) Hike cycle goes late and too less hikes 4) Very less benefits 5) Office is very far away from IT hub 6) Politics.

      Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

      Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
