Was on weekends then they just stop calling. Never give a heads up that they weren't working weekends anymore. Just left me hanging. Others are worked to death. No days off. Worked Months at a time with no day off. HUGE turn around.

Production scheduling can be difficult with many moving pieces.
Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
