Thank you for your feedback and hard work. We review employee performance 2x per year. We do review our succession planning often. We wish the the best and a bright future here.
Personally I have a good manager but can't speak for everyone

Super busy and stressful because they are understaffed. Not enough people because they haven't given raises or promotions in years and there is no answer for when they will start doing it so everyone is leaving. They won't hire anyone to replace them because they are broke and trying to save money.
