      - Great benefits, beyond the market benchmark. Although the HO in ISrael is under a collective barging agreement the benefits and the compensation the management provides are very high - flexibale working hours. - Work-life balance - Takes care of the employees well being

      - Due to financial situation in the past few years many of the welfare benefits are not given but that's understandable for a company that suffers economic problem

      Employees are very understanding of new hires and do their best to help. HR helps a lot with the intern program, and it is very helpful.

      Svantaggi

      Early on it takes a couple days to receive access to all applications. I understand that it is hard to have that all ready, but it would be helpful.

      Stable company that is easy to manage. Work life balance is great

      Management through and through. Working in the US for an Israeli company is not like working for a US company. Simple as that. Pay is poor Micromanagement and reporting Old school in the worst ways
