      ZIM has a great work environment. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Even if you do not know how to do something, someone who knows how to do it is within two floors of you.

      I really enjoyed my time at ZIM. They have an onsite gym and cafeteria. There were not many cons. Their coffee was not the greatest however.

      Employees are very understanding of new hires and do their best to help. HR helps a lot with the intern program, and it is very helpful.

      Early on it takes a couple days to receive access to all applications. I understand that it is hard to have that all ready, but it would be helpful.

      Stable company that is easy to manage. Work life balance is great

      Management through and through. Working in the US for an Israeli company is not like working for a US company. Simple as that. Pay is poor Micromanagement and reporting Old school in the worst ways
