Great product that saves and protects patients at risk for SCD.

Quota grows every two weeks and once your out of your first yr it seems to get tougher to make it every two weeks. Reimbursement is billed on 30 day cycles even though our quota grows regardless. Tough to be consistent with revenue and its completely out of your hands. The only thing you can do is to continue to protect as many patients as possible. Work seems to increase on Friday's and Saturday's since most patients are being discharged on these two days.

Base pay is decent but that’s about it

Everything. Starting from how unorganized this company is and the interview process was a nightmare. Ghosting to the offer to how unorganized the matrix within the company is I wouldn’t recommend working here for more than a bridge year.
