Since they were bought out by a Japanese company, the "Toyota Way" was severely implemented. Overbearing line leader who was always monitoring your efficiency, breathing down your neck and chastising you for not hitting your quotas. Paperwork errors were not tolerated and warranted being disciplined for. Felt like I was working in a modern day sweatshop. Being away from you work station even for bathroom breaks became frowned upon. Management was very fearful of FDA and line employees felt it. Always being watched for some minor infraction of the rules.
