      Nepotism is favouritism granted to relatives or friends, without regard to their merit. Unfortunately if you are hired at Zoll without knowing someone you will always be an outsider. Management hires relatives or employees they have worked with in the past.

      Base pay is decent but that’s about it

      Everything. Starting from how unorganized this company is and the interview process was a nightmare. Ghosting to the offer to how unorganized the matrix within the company is I wouldn’t recommend working here for more than a bridge year.
