      Zoll stole the technology they use. They promote their friends. Empty promises are made to pacify people. They claim to promote from within but don't. Sexism. Constant overtime. High turnover.

      Base pay is decent but that’s about it

      Everything. Starting from how unorganized this company is and the interview process was a nightmare. Ghosting to the offer to how unorganized the matrix within the company is I wouldn’t recommend working here for more than a bridge year.
