They have a very knee jerk reaction and don't take the current state of the territory into account. The sales cycle is long and if the territory has been unmanaged or mismanaged then it takes time to build relationships and mend broken ones.

Everything. Starting from how unorganized this company is and the interview process was a nightmare. Ghosting to the offer to how unorganized the matrix within the company is I wouldn’t recommend working here for more than a bridge year.
