      Extremely poor management riddled with office politics. In some cases, lofty titles given to individuals who literally didn't know how to use a USB thumb drive. Some managers who feel threatened by able employees, look for ways to show them the exit door.

      Base pay is decent but that’s about it

      Everything. Starting from how unorganized this company is and the interview process was a nightmare. Ghosting to the offer to how unorganized the matrix within the company is I wouldn’t recommend working here for more than a bridge year.
