They do NOT listen to responsible, technical engineering input or opinion unless you would be labeled "not a team player". The site regulatory compliance is a shell game of hiding noncompliance from auditors. Young engineers will learn very little and will not be afforded the opportunity to explore their knowledge and contribution.
