Run The Other Direction… It’s a “Jump Ship” Environment - Recensione dipendente - Clinical Project Lead presso ZOLL Medical

Unfortunately, management has poorly managed the P&L for this department, and there is a lack of accountability. The front-line staff is left with the burden. We lost our entire part-time workforce nearly 1/2 a year ago, and there has been no help or re-leveling re: comp or titles; only words of upcoming changes but no action. So many FTEs are leaving, management personalities are very split, and I fear that this division will be repurposed/restructured soon.
