From stability perspective, you should really think twice if you are married and have a family. The company has a strict firing policy. Apart from the performance, there are n other reason for ZS to fire anyone. Off lately they have asked a lot of employees to find another job due to non-availability of projects For lateral hires, it's a big NO. They are involved in the project from Day 1 without any formal training to get acclimatised to the stuff and expected to start delivering in a very short span of time Recently they have formed an internal team for filling positive reviews in Glassdoor which is highly unethical for company of this scale
