I can't think of a single pro apart from the people I met ( only lateral hires)

Toxic environment, people with no experience are promoted quickly as the review system is completely biased. No proper boot camps or trainings provided, no guidance provided by peers (apart from lateral hires) or seniors which makes task appear bulky even though it might be easy ( it is one of the prime reason that people in ZS crib about work, people don't help thus everyone extends) Your relationship with the manager is everything, your hike ,bonus etc... everything depends on his say....... too much of favouritism...
