Great company to work for , IF you apply for the right job title.

Paid per diem to recruiters but not Talent Acquisition Coordinator. Which is odd since the Coordinators were the ones putting their name on line, validating documents, citizenship even if documentation was real or fake. They perform in house drug screen and even assisted with I9 documents and submitted the E-Verify Federal Form. Even majority of the craft employees received Perdiem. However, the coordinators did not have to approve the 50+ mile resident location by collecting utility bills. They only had to guesstimate if the employee lived 50 miles or more from the job site.

Some other employees were friendly.

Human Resource personnel on site in small CT office (1 wo/man show)and even in corporate office need to be re-educated on ethics, harassment, discrimination and in general and basic employment laws in general how to treat employees as human beings. No trust. Even if you quit, if new employer calls to verify employment do not be surprised if they say you were terminated. Fair warning.
