You get a lot of good experience and there are always people that will help you learn about what you want to learn. It is also a great work environment and I have almost no complaints about working there.

Im a part of the Junior Super User program and the prospects of moving up in the company are great, but most of it is unpaid work, which in itself seems bad, but from the point of Zahn it makes sense as they aim to push people out into high end jobs or to creating startup companies.
