Toxic discriminatory leadership and HR staff - Recensione dipendente - Administrative Assistant presso Zak Designs

This goes back further than 2019 but that option wasn't available. My story was that I spent about two weeks doing administrative work. I never made anything but small talk but apparently the fact that I was the only male male making small talk in an all female setting was enough for HR to call me in and let me go because I was making the female staff uncomfortable. I later found out that a few years earlier, the manager of that staff (a male) apparently was let go because he gave his all female administrative staff flowers for Secretaries Day. How the executive leadership could let the HR staff make those sort of discriminatory, toxic decisions is beyond me.
