Svantaggi

The hires are terrible—no real AI expertise, nothing genuine. The digital asset team isn’t functioning well either. Competition has moved yet the firm hasn't move at all. Lack common sense. Organisation is extremely outdated and ineffective.

Very very unprofessional. They do ghosting of jobs. They conduct interview, waste your time and then confirms you are selected. However later become unresponsive and then say no budget and the position is closed. Had a worst experience from the HR

If you’re looking to have fun and just enjoy a laid-back atmosphere, this firm is for you. There’s a lot of politics in the organization, making it a great place to cruise along - therefore nothing moves. Management especially CEO and some colleagues may disappear for a round of golf in the middle of the day. It’s definitely an advantage if you enjoy golfing.

While the terms "TradeFi" and "DeFi" are frequently mentioned in their motto, there hasn’t been substantial movement at all in those areas. Management doesn’t even invest in crypto themselves; instead, they focus on promoting a far-fetched vision that may not be viable or is controversial within the crypto space. They rely too heavily on overseas centers for development and partnerships rather than hiring internal talent and pursuing solid projects to foster success. Meetings often feel aimless and lack direction, contributing to a general sense of demotivation. The organization is primarily run by one or two individuals without a clear strategy, leading to mixed messages and a weak chain of command. There is noticeable stagnation in initiatives within the bank, with not a single one ready for implementation. Additionally, there is a significant lack of research and execution capability.
