Unhealthy work environment - Recensione dipendente - Operations Specialist presso Zara

Disrespectful staffs. Tenured team members treats new hires like they are paid to do their share of job and are not willing to guide newer colleagues. Toxic work environment with people talking bad about whoever leaves the room only to have themselves talked about the minute they leave. Management is not bothered and often seen lying down on the long bench in the break area. They do not reply to work queries if we are ever unsure and need assistance. They would push us to another and we end up not getting any answer.
