Good pay but terrible management and high turnover - Recensione dipendente - Stockroom Assistant presso Zara

Discount is quite stingy. Management is terrible, they don't praise you for any of the work. Sometimes you are made to do 5 different things which are impossible. Turnover is very high due to the managers attitudes. Some employees felt the need to leave due to one manager yet the GM would do nothing about it, same with HR. Wouldn't recommend unless you want a bad impact on your mental health. Schedule would also always get changed with no notice, so if you turned up to your original shift, it would be your fault for not turning up to something that got changed on your day off.
