Employee’s happiness neglected. (It seems like HR does not act on anything unless there is a complaint even when they know what is going on) No concrete signs on appreciation. (Makes you feel replaceable) No salary raise if you were promoted within a year’s time. (Even if you are performing better than expected) Bonus not guaranteed. No clear career development plan. (Always saying ‘we have a plan’ but won’t share and work it out with you) Lack of empathy
