Zara, at least the store at the South Coast Plaza, is amazing! The coworkers are really awesome, and the company itself provides amazing opportunities to promote. If you work hard, then you can pretty much grow.

Very fast-paced. Customers can be awful, but it is what it is. Late closes if you work in the women's department.
