Engineering and data teams collaborate well, leadership is approachable, and there's a strong focus on helping employees succeed. I've had the chance to work with modern tools and solve interesting business problems while continuing to grow professionally.

      As the company grows quickly, priorities could sometimes shift and processes are still evolving. Occasionally this can create context switching or require adapting to changing requirements, but it's generally a normal part of a fast-moving environment.

      I love working at ZayZoon. ZZ trusts you to be independent in your strategy however, have all the support you need to be successful. There is a can do moral internally. The leaders that support me care about my success and are not micro managers which allow me to creatively think. ZZ is one of the best companies I have ever worked for and I am extremely happy.

      ZayZoon is a great place to do meaningful work with a fantastic team. Most of the team works remotely, but there is an office in Calgary (but in my experience, there is no pressure to work from the office). The benefits are great and the work is challenging but meaningful.
