prices are high causing tips to be high compared to other places

Head chef whom is part owner is awful and thinks is everyones boss and does not care about anyones opinion. Very unreasonable high tip-out to bartender, host, bussers and cooks. Food always comes out late causing customer to be angry and not tip you because of it. Owner does not care about his employees and just wants to sell as much as possible to fill his own pockets. In total a very stressful and not improving environment to work at.
