Working your own hours is great, and working from home is possible, but you may find yourself working at all times of the day and night and weekend.

Zebra seem to be shooting themselves in the foot by not making efforts to retain essential/key staff. Company waste hundreds of thousands of dollars in some areas but ignores talent.

Thanks for the feedback, we love our products to and do our best to invest in the key talent across the organization. It appears you are a current employee and still with Zebra, I would recommend discussing your policy concerns with your leadership or HR, this could be helpful.
