No worklife balance. A lot of manual work. Poor system support. Many nasty colleagues from other departments will try to push their work onto GTCO. Pays less than industry. No option to work from home full time despite ability to perform without entering the office. Controlling and demanding legal management. High expectations without adequate resources.
