Where do I start . . . Most zebra execs are clearly amateurs. Archaic views. Overwhelmed w acquisition. No idea how to absorb and run the combined company yet. Been a year since deal announced but they are still confused on basic issues and decisions. Losing the hearts and minds of employees fast! Core businesses under attack and road maps are weak or far too late in response.
