- night shifts and rotating shift every month (morning - night - morning - night) - The Malaysian team consistently carries the bulk of the workload because of handling 24/7 support including weekends and delivers strong performance. Despite this, we’re often overlooked and sidelined for opportunities. There’s a clear disconnect between regional teams: the European team, which only handles peak hours, tends to look down on the Malaysia side and positions themselves as more productive by presenting selective data. This creates a culture of division instead of collaboration, where genuine efforts from the Malaysia team are undermined rather than recognized. -process change very often even when existing method is perfect in handling support - removed 4 day work week
