Very bad in the long-run with relations with the staff who are producing the value - Enginnrs, Sofware Engineers. It made clear that the are in favour of 'getting rid of it and buying a new one' if the trainees don't match up to standard. You always get the feeling you are one or two days from being fired. And when the company hits financial trouble, where does the axe fall? - you guessed it, on the staff.
