This manifests as exaggerated expectations and unrealistic timelines, a complete absence of resource management, and a pervasive lack of appreciation for employees. A strong culture of blame is prevalent, often accompanied by the humiliation of employees in front of their colleagues. Consequently, individuals are consistently overloaded with tasks and receive no support. The widespread frustration among the workforce has resulted in a significant increase in sick leave and a high rate of employee turnover.

Aggressive senior leaders who struggle to let their people do their roles. Unnecessary micro levels of reporting and insight needed, taking time away from doing the day job. Career progression based on your popularity at the time. Cultural beliefs being completely ignored.
