Zego is at the cutting edge of insurtech and delivering some of the most innovate solutions for customers using deep data out of any of the competition. After a few years of finding their feet in my early days, the company seems to have hit a groove and the vision and strategy are finally clear and being delivered. Recently went through significant org change which was unsettling, but the positive outcomes are starting to be felt across the business and it feels right. Culture is incredible. Everyone is kind, open, and willing to help across product and the supporting teams.

See headline! change is going to happen always, and Zego is definitely constantly in flux. For me, it's part of what I joined a startup for, but can be challenging for those who want to be in a "post-IPO" environment (which Zego is not). It's a full-on job, and best suited to thos who are willing to go the extra mile to drive outcomes.
