I have really enjoyed working at ZG, all of the team members care about each other and the clients we work with. They go above and beyond to make sure that you are happy and given the tools needed to succeed (my computer had an issue and the next day I had a fresh MacBook Pro on my desk). Management is very open to new ideas/process improvement and actively pursues this as a part of day-to-day operations - rare to find an agency that actually does this in practice. Impressive portfolio of clients and opportunities to showcase your talents on recognizable brands. The work environment is very relaxed but everyone is there to get things done and there isn't room for dead weight, everyone cares (that's a pro to me!). Different food truck outside each day. Office is super modern and right off Metro Expo line in an area of Culver that has a lot of other tech/creative companies.
