Great Vision Awful Execution - Recensione dipendente - Client Service Representative presso Zen Home

Zen homes has a very caring staff who treats their employees with dignity. The hours are great and the staff is very understanding. The business has an incredible work ethic. No customer is unhappy by the end of a job because if there is a complaint they will send someone else to fix the problem. The manager even came himself to a re-clean and put his gloves on to help straighten out the problem just to show the customer how much the company cares about it's reputation

Sometime there is a couple of hours between jobs leaving me with not much to do until my next job. That actually might be attractive to some people

The office staff is friendly and the employees are friendly. Clients all live within the five boroughs. You make some tips

Low pay, you don't get a raise, and when you ask for one you get feed some BS bout the company ain't making money. I recommend you don't apply to this job. The hours are never set to fit your schedule. You don't get reimbursed for travel on bus or train. Sometimes you may get a tip but slowly you'll get less and less....not a satisfied former employee :/
