Flexible schedules: Compared to other companies, ZenBusiness has a flexible work setup, but the benefits it brings are mitigated by the countless cons the company has as well.

- Unhealthy work-life balance: Employees are constantly exhausted and have barely any time to attend to their personal lives because of brutal workloads, unrealistic deadlines, and management constantly disrespecting their boundaries. - Awful compensation: The salaries Zenbusiness pays employees don't reflect how heavy their workloads are or how much experience they have. There are barely any benefits as well, and all of them aren't that great. - Toxic leadership: The leadership is incredibly hostile and shows zero respect to everyone around them. Every decision they make is exclusively for their own benefit, and often comes at the expense of employees.
