      Work can be exciting and rewarding. Pockets of teams are great.

      Leadership. Seriously these people will burn you out. I have never worked in a more toxic environment in my entire life. They cannot retain internal talent for the life of them. (Because of the behavior of the executive team). Quotas are unattainable and made up at best. No one hit their year number last year.
