Great culture, both president and CEO are cool, lots of room for growth, good benefits, flexible time off, nice people.

Project organization can get a little jumbled due to the small size of the company. Employees have a lot on their plates so this is understandable.

The founder, Keith Roberts, cares deeply about the message of the company Good people on the team - everyone who is there wants to be there Great quality of work.

Inconsistent leadership -- sometimes it appeared that the founder/president and the CEO had different ideas about where the agency was going. That appears to be resolved based on the outlook shared on their current website.
