I encountered a toxic work environment that significantly impacted my professional well-being. The lack of open communication and collaboration, coupled with a pervasive sense of negativity, made it challenging to perform at my best. Furthermore, I found the HR department to be less than forthcoming and transparent. Issues raised were often brushed aside, and it became apparent that the HR team lacked the necessary skills to address employees' concerns effectively.
