It's one of the things I love about working for technology companies with high growth trajectory: you and the people on your team will have opportunities available to them like they would not at a static or standard growth company. It also allows one to fast-track their career to a certain extent. Now, this won't be easy - a fast growth trajectory means you have to put in the effort to get there.

      As the company is in hyper-growth mode, finding the work-life balance can be difficult to achieve. The positive spin on this is management is very empathetic to these issues and recruiting is on a hiring spree to fill open positions.

      -Great potential for personal growth as the company expands. -Recently started marketing services throughout the country, we now have virtually unlimited leads! (At least until they hire a ton more reps) -No assigned territories, leads are first come/ first serve. You never get stuck in a 'bad' territory. -Income based off production, well compensated for hard work and production. -Scheduling is flexible, as long as you are being productive. -A chance to be party of an industry changing organization that is shaking up the traditional world of rental management. -Plenty of free parking available

      -Without territories customers can be located anywhere in US/World. If you want to maximize income, be prepared to start early/stay late some days.
