Bad onboarding experience. At the interview the manager bad-mouthed former employees, No benefits like WFH or any sort of flexibility, there is no parking in the Newcastle CBD and the paid option is $10 a day. There were no goals or vision for the role I was put in and the person I was working with did not want to hand over any work for this position therefor I had nothing to do.
