Working here has been such an amazing experience! One of the things I love most is the genuine focus on work-life balance. Having flexible hours and flexible PTO makes it so much easier to take care of family life without feeling like I’m sacrificing my career. On top of that, the benefits start on day one, which shows how much the company values its people right from the start. The culture is another huge highlight—our monthly team events are always a fun way to connect, recharge, and build stronger relationships with coworkers. And the work itself? It’s challenging, innovative, and keeps me inspired every single day. I've had a very positive experience working at this company. The team is professional, supportive and always willing to help each other. The workplace culture is collaborative and there is a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement. I did my Internship at Zero Point Cryogenics for 8 months in 2023 and I was so glad to join back as a full time. Overall, the work place is amazing and everyday is a rewarding experience.
